Primarily all types of civil court cases with a particular interest in Negligence, Mental Health and elder client litigation. Edward is frequently appointed by the courts to act as a Safeguarder or Reporter in both Child and Mental Health cases.
Holds a qualification as a Counsellor and is involved as Trustee and Counsellor of a local Counselling Service.
Court work dealing primarily with Family and Child Law, Criminal Law and civil litigation, including employment tribunals. Jonathan is frequently appointed by the courts to act as Reporter for children in residence or contact disputes.
Jonathan is the Continuing Professional Development convenor for the local faculty of solicitors and currently chairs a local business breakfast club in Aberdour.
Neil graduated from Dundee University in 2007, before completing the Diploma in Legal Practice the following year. Following 5 years with Morgans, he joined Ross & Connel in November 2015. Neil deals predominantly with residential conveyancing, as well as all aspects of private client work. In his spare time, Neil enjoys playing golf and following Dunfermline Athletic.
Alan has extensive experience and knowledge gained from working throughout Scotland and England as a Sales Negotiator, Sales/Property Manager and is a qualified NVQ Assesor/Training Advisor in Residential Sales.
